In fact I should know it better, as long as there are people, people talk. Some people like the attention, some people don't. I personally don't like the attention, don't like gossip.
I tried to keep my life simple these few years. I thought as long as you don't have anything interesting, people won't talk. Yet, I am wrong. People are bored, they need topics to maintain their social life. They do not care if it would cause hard feelings or if it is true. They will talk and comment on gossips.
If I am a celebrity, maybe I would like people to talk about me. Unfortunately I am not. The funny part is... I don't even know those people! Somehow, they happen to know a lot about me and most of them are false facts.
I understand people need topics for small talks. However, I don't think you should be judgmental and draw conclusions base on those gossips.
Maybe they are not totally wrong or making stuff up. I guess they are only wrong on my part. I shouldn't completely believe what I heard as well. Sometime I should be confident about what I actually see and feel.
